EPPA House, the Easy Play, Pack Away Dollhouse, was designed to put the creative journey back into the hands of children.
EPPA House is a blank canvas that allows children to build, decorate and furnish their own dollhouse with their own choice of carpets, wallpaper, pictures and easy to assemble furniture. EPPA House provides hours of creative fun and each house that is created will be unique.
Each time that EPPA house is taken out, a new and different house can be created.

EPPA House is NOT made from plastic. It is made from white laminated (certified safe) 3MM MDF board that has been sustainably sourced.
Children learn new skills and gain creative confidence when making the 29 items of furniture from six 3D furniture puzzle boxes. [Kitchen, Living Room, Parents Room, Kids Room, Nursery and Bathroom.]
At the end of play time, the whole house easily packs away again, making living spaces more versatile.
A variety of inexpensive ‘add-on’ decorating packs are available, which enable EPPA House to be ‘re-invented’ as a Beach House, Fire Station, Vet Hospital etc. This means children remain engaged with their house for much longer and owners get excellent value for money.
EPPA house comes packed in a reinforced, resealable white carboard box with a carry handle, for easy storage when not in use. Each room of furniture also comes in its own resealable white carboard box, making it easy to pack EPPA House away again.
EPPA House contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
